Christina Zavell, Esquire, has her BA in International Relations from Brown University and JD from Suffolk University Law School, graduating with honors. She is a member of the Utah Bar and Massachusetts Bar. After years of practice in Massachusetts, she relocated and opened her mediation practice concentrating in family law and probate matters. She is an attorney in good standing with the Utah Bar Association and a Court-rostered Master Mediator and Domestic Mentor. Her practice specializes in high conflict family dynamics, including but not limited to initial divorces, modifications, parent-time/ custody, and probate matters. Christina believes mediation is a powerful tool for family systems in crisis or conflict.
Christina has completed many advanced trainings in her areas of practice. She is trained in Collaborative Law in accordance with the standards of the International Association of Collaborative Professionals; Elder Mediation with an emphasis on Adult Guardianship, Conservatorship and Family Caregivers and Eldercaring Coordination developed in collaboration with the Association for Conflict Resolution and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. These trainings elevate her ability to navigate high conflict family systems of all ages and dynamics. She has a direct, no-nonsense but compassionate approach to family systems and probate mediation.
Christina is a past Board member of the Utah Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and Park City Bar Association.
